Our HelpDesk is the first contact point for support and assistance, and most questions and needs will be addressed by the HelpDesk. However, more than just providing support and assistance, we’re here to help your business grow and progress, and our Venue Specialists are the key to this service.

Each of our clients has a dedicated Venue Specialist assigned at the beginning of our relationship, performing your installation and developing an intimate knowledge of your business and its operations. These are our most experienced and knowledgeable staff and they maintain regular contact with their clients and perform regular site visits to understand the changing needs of the business and keep you informed of new technologies and features that become available.

Your Venue Specialist is your key contact in getting the most from your Bluize solution and their sole focus is to look after the operational needs of their clients.

Help Documentation

While most of our clients prefer to call our HelpDesk with questions about how to best utilise their Bluize solution, or discuss this with their Venue Specialist, some prefer to research this information themselves, so we provide fully detailed user manuals to all our clients.

We also supply a range of Quick Cards to provide a convenient reminder of the required steps and useful hints when completing operations that are performed on a regular basis. Newly trained users find this particularly helpful to have a quick reminder close at hand.
