The reports are very important in managing stock. We know which staff are moving what from where. We know everything they’re doing. I was able to look at a report and say to one of our staff, ‘you sold a lot more than that last night’, and she said she didn’t realise there was a key for that item, so we quickly identified the cause of stock discrepancies.

Our kitchen staff have control over updating the menu and knowing more about what’s selling, and our bar manager also looks at the reports to monitor our results.

From our point of view it’s going to give us the freeom to not have to be here all the time and have to worry about what’s going on,
