The Bluize RSL Membership Software automatically maintains membership renewals and status through an automated daily check and update procedure.

Memberships are automatically renewed on their due date and fees automatically charged. The member will then be in debit unless they have already pre-paid their membership. How long they can stay in debit is up to you – they can be suspended straight away, or you can allow a grace period. This is all maintained as part of our internal processing.

Our ClubsOnline Interface performs two key functions to assist RSLs in providing better service to members and minimising administration time.

All member maintenance performed in Bluize, including adding new members, changing member details, and processing membership payments, are automatically updated in ClubsOnline so that admin staff don’t need to manually maintain a second database.

Reciprocal Rights are automatically managed by our ClubsOnline Interface. All cardswipes by visiting members are checked and if the member is financial they will be allowed entry to member doors and receive member prices at tills, as per the state branch guidelines.
