Most of our clients find that the time it takes for our expert staff to complete their menu changes is more cost-effective than doing it themselves. Everything is done right first time and they don’t have to keep revisiting things they may have forgotten or may not have realised, or deal with service and preparation issues, missed sales or lost income caused by incomplete setups.
Many of our clients find that when they perform their own menu updates they forget about things like instructional prompting and specific print allocations. These are generally easy to remedy, but can cause a lot of frustration and customer dissatisfaction when you’re in the middle of the first service with your exciting new menu and discover that items aren’t printing to the kitchen or instructions and options are not being included with meal orders. Our clients like the peace of mind of knowing that with our experience and expertise these things are not forgotten.
The most common reason our clients give for getting us to complete their menu changes instead of doing it themselves is simply that it’s convenient. They can send through their new menu and have confidence that it will be done and done properly by the time they need it, and they can get on with running their business.
Menu Services
Making changes to food and menu items in the Bluize software is a fairly simple process, however with the complexity of menu options in many venues, particularly custom printing allocations and instructional prompting, many of our clients feel they would like someone with more expertise to make extensive menu changes. With the infrequency of performing major menu updates, many of our clients would simply prefer that we look after this for them. Our clients like the fact that we can make these changes more quickly than they can, and with a deeper knowledge of all the little tips and shortcuts that make food service a smoother experience for everyone. It gives them peace of mind to know that this important process will be completed by someone with real expertise in menu setups, and the tills will be ready for their new menu to make its grand entrance.
